You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment to return/exchange the goods!

The product together with the original box and all accessories (INCLUDING THE SHOES TAG!) should be placed in an additional box (just as the parcel was sent) and sent to our address or complete the form above.
We may reject a return/complaint if the goods do not contain all accessories or are returned to us damaged.

Once we receive the returned product intact, your funds will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of the return shipment.
